1. Introduction
Welcome to YourStyled. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourStyled mobile application (“the App”) and the your-styled.com website (“the Website”), operated by YourStyled (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
YourStyled is an AI-powered wardrobe styling application for iOS. The App helps you:
- Build a digital wardrobe by photographing your clothing
- Receive personalized daily outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe, weather, calendar, and style preferences
- Try on outfits virtually using AI-generated images
- Get smart shopping recommendations when you need new items
- Track wardrobe usage and receive style insights
The App uses artificial intelligence, including Anthropic’s Claude AI and Kling AI, to generate outfit suggestions, wardrobe analysis, virtual try-on images, and shopping recommendations. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled within the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use YourStyled. This age requirement aligns with Hungarian law implementing GDPR Article 8, which sets the age of digital consent at 16. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Creating an Account
You may create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Guest Access
You may use the App in a limited capacity without creating an account (“Continue as Guest”). Guest access provides Free tier functionality. Some features require a registered account.
4.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep this information up to date.
5. Subscription Plans and Pricing
5.1 Available Plans
YourStyled offers three subscription tiers:

Prices are displayed in your local currency via the App Store and may vary by region.
5.2 AI Usage Packs
In addition to subscription plans, we offer one-time purchasable AI usage packs (e.g., extra outfit suggestions, extra virtual try-ons, style reports). These are consumable in-app purchases and are non-refundable once used.
5.3 Welcome Bundle
New users receive a complimentary welcome bundle of AI credits upon first launch. Welcome bundle credits expire 30 days after account creation and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
5.4 Free Trial
Premium subscriptions may include a free trial period (typically 7 days). At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5.5 Billing and Renewal
All subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
5.6 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
5.7 Restore Purchases
You can restore your previous purchases at any time through the App’s Settings screen or the subscription paywall using the “Restore Purchases” button.
6. Acceptable Use
When using YourStyled, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
- Upload images that depict minors
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Circumvent or manipulate the App’s subscription, usage limits, or security features
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the App or its AI-generated content
- Use the App’s AI features to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or illegal
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
7. Your Content
7.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to YourStyled, including wardrobe photos, body photos, and style preferences. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
7.2 License Grant
By uploading content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you (e.g., generating outfit suggestions, creating virtual try-on images, backing up your wardrobe to the cloud). This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
Outfit suggestions, virtual try-on images, wardrobe analysis reports, and other AI-generated content produced by the App are provided for your personal use. You may save, screenshot, or share AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. AI Disclaimer
8.1 Nature of AI Suggestions
YourStyled uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, style advice, wardrobe analysis, and shopping recommendations. These are suggestions only and should not be treated as professional fashion advice, personal styling services, or purchasing recommendations.
8.2 Accuracy
While we strive to provide helpful and relevant suggestions, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate for certain contexts, or not aligned with your personal preferences. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8.3 Virtual Try-On
Virtual try-on images are AI-generated approximations and may not accurately represent how a garment will look on you in real life. They are intended as a visual aid, not an exact representation.
8.4 Shopping Recommendations
Product recommendations are generated by AI based on your wardrobe and style profile. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any products suggested by the App. Purchasing decisions are your own responsibility.
9. Affiliate Links and Shopping
9.1 Affiliate Relationships
YourStyled participates in affiliate marketing programs, including AWIN and CJ Affiliate. When you click on product links within the App, you may be directed to third-party retailer websites. If you make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
9.2 Third-Party Websites
When you click an affiliate link, you leave the YourStyled App and enter a third-party website or app. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party retailer.
9.3 Pricing
We do not control the prices of products shown in shopping recommendations. Prices may change and may differ from what is displayed in the App. Always verify the current price on the retailer’s website before purchasing.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Property
The YourStyled App, including its design, code, features, branding, logo, and AI models, is our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
10.2 Trademarks
“YourStyled” and the YourStyled logo are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
10.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use this feedback without any obligation to you.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 “As Is” Service
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that affect availability.
11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any AI-generated content or suggestions
- Any purchases made through affiliate links
- Unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Any third-party content or services accessed through the App
11.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
11.5 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Hungarian law. Where applicable consumer protection laws grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights shall prevail.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings screen. Upon account deletion:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days (as described in our Privacy Policy)
- Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period (manage cancellation through Apple ID settings)
- Unused AI usage pack credits and welcome bundle credits are forfeited
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your use of the App poses a security risk
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
If we terminate your account, we will provide you with access to your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, unless the termination was due to illegal activity.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
- We will notify you through the App (via an in-app notification)
- Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you have the right to:
- Submit a complaint to the Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority (Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatóság)
- Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
- Bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence (as guaranteed by EU consumer protection law)
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
16.4 Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party (e.g., in the event of a business sale or merger). You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.
17. Apple-Specific Terms
As required by Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines:
- These Terms are between you and YourStyled (the developer), not with Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
